The company was established in 2002, covering an area of 35,000 square meters. At present, we have more than 200 employees, and produce more than 1000 tons of precision castings per year.

We use investment casting silica sol shell process to produce precision castings, with materials of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, corrosion-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, high alloy steel for special purposes, as well as some aluminum alloys and copper alloys.

We adopt many advanced equipments, such as industry-leading imported wax pattern injection machine, automatic closed wax treatment system, catenary automatic conveyor line, machining center, CNC lathe, honing machine, polishing machine and other advanced equipment; We have production and testing facilities such as precision casting production line, aluminum alloy casting production line, product heat treatment workshop, product surface treatment workshop, product machining workshop, product assembly workshop, product testing center and laboratory. We have a production capacity of 1 million pieces and 100 tons of precision metal parts per month, with an annual production of more than 1000 tons of high quality precision parts, which can meet the needs of customers in terms of output and quality.

We specialize in undertaking precision parts products commissioned by customers in the form of OEM. Customers can provide product design drawings or product samples to us. We will produce precision parts according to customers' requirements.

We have a professional product R & D team, which can provide technical support in product drawing design, tooling design, mould design and development according to customers' needs. We have perfect quality monitoring ability and complete testing equipment, such as spectral analysis, mechanical property testing, hardness testing, metallographic microscopic analysis, three coordinate measurement, X-ray testing, nondestructive testing and salt spray test, which provides an all-round guarantee for ensuring product quality.
